This is an 86 unit RV park with an additional 6,000 square foot mini-bay storage facility (constructed in 2002) and an outside storage area. It has an on-site laundry and recreation facility for the inhabitants enjoyment. Park is currently managed by an on-site resident.

This park is located southwest of the city of Okeechobee, near the Okee-Tantie Park.
