This is a very neat, clean and beautiful mobile home park located next to Illinois State University in Champaign, Ill. We have removed all of the older homes and are now filling the park with new homes that we have purchased from the manufacturers. Our last purchase was 5 homes and they were gone in 2 weeks.

There is plenty of upside in this park and management will stay in place and you will want to keep them.
