Holcomb, Kansas is a quiet rural community located in Finney County. Sunflower Electric and Tyson Foods are local large employers in the area. The Holcomb school district is the most desirable in the county.
We have owned this park for five plus years and have always had nineteen spaces rented. Expenses have been only real estate taxes and liability insurance. Retirement is calling us! We own six other mobile home parks so we're starting to downsize.
