It is located in Park Hills, Missouri along the major highway 67. Shopping, schools, employment and churches are just minutes away. The park consists of twenty park-owned 2004 - 2009 model single wide mobile homes set up as rentals along with twelve 8ft.x8ft. new storage sheds. Fully occupied, the gross rental receipts are in excess of $11,000 month. Although Twin Eagles is situated just outside the city limits, the property is served by all public utilities. One water meter is supplied by the city and billed to Twin Eagles, and in turn, each of the homes are individually metered and billed to each tenant by the owner.
